    Redeemed a $100 Gift Card on my account but cant see the confirmation on Account History


    Hi, today i redeemed a $100- Gift Card on my XBOX Account, and when i go to my MS Account info, i cant see the Redeemed info in the account History, can someone check it?

    Prepaid gift card redeemed but now showing up in my account

    I redeemed a $50 gift card on my 360 console, and the redemption confirmation popped up saying it had been applied to my account. However, when I try to purchase something, it says that there is only the amount from before I redeemed the gift card. Any ideas
    on what is happening?

    Hi, I'm trying to buy a game using the gift cards that I've redeemed, but I only see my credit card option under payment. How to I purchase games with the money (redeemed from gift cards) in my microsoft account?

    I can't remember if it shows up under your purchase history when you redeem codes. Your email might have received a confirmation email.

    You can also try signing in on this page and scrolling down to see if the funds were actually added to your account.

    The Funds "seems" to be added on the MS account (cause i dont remember exactly how much i had) but the problem is that doesnt appears the credit on the ACCOUNT HISTORY under the RECENT ORDERS. Only shows my last game purchase of a few days ago.

    Can someone check it out? thx

    That's how that screen works. It doesn't show when you get credited as I went through mine and nothing shows up for me adding currency gift cards, it only shows what your purchases are. If the funds are there you shouldn't have an issue.

    That's how that screen works. It doesn't show when you get credited as I went through mine and nothing shows up for me adding currency gift cards, it only shows what your purchases are. If the funds are there you shouldn't have an issue.
