Discus and support Redeemed 4 $5 amazon rewards and have'nt received them in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed 4 $5 gift cards for Amazon at 5,250 points for each with a total of 21,000 ponits.     Redeemed 4 $5 amazon rewards and have'nt received them


    I redeemed 4 $5 gift cards for Amazon at 5,250 points for each with a total of 21,000 ponits. The ponits were removed but I never got the email to redeem them. Can you help me with this matter?

    Points redeemed a month ago but haven’t been deposited

    I redeemed 750 my vip gems on may 5 for 15000 Microsoft reward points and have not received them in my Microsoft rewards. Will I ever get them?

    Didn’t reserve $5 visa prepaid card that I ordered

    redeemed $5 prepaid Visa card through rewards and never received the email

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Hi I've collected enough points and pulled $ 5. Can I know when the code will arrive?

    If you mean you redeemed gems for $5 you would receive the code within 2 days if it was for a prepaid Visa card. If it was for Xbox Rewards credits, the credits should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them and would be
    deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

    If you mean you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points, it can take 24 hours to receive their codes. For further assistance with that program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.
