    Redeemed 20€ code one the wrong account


    Hi,

    I redeemed a 20€ code on the wrong account (this account).

    I moved a few weeks ago my Xbox Live account from an email adress (this one) to a new one.

    When I reddeemed my 20€ code, I was logged on this Microsoft account instead of my new one.

    Is it possible to move that money ?

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    I guess the account that redeems the code or purchases the subscription would be able to use it on all machines, the other 2 only on one machine.

    Included with Xbox rewards never showed up

    Codes are one time use only. So if you already redeemed it on an account, even if it's the wrong account, there's no way to redeem it on another account.

    It sometimes happened that players had redeemed the code with the wrong account.

    If not, what message do you get if you try to redeem the code again ?

    I can't log into my xbox live service.

    If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.

    Is there any chance you accidentally redeemed the code on the wrong account? This would be the only reason why the code would redeem but you cannot find it on your account afterwards.
