    Redeemed 2 $50 codes but Xbox does not pick them up?


    I redeemed 2 $50 dollar cards that I purchased through Wal-Mart.com on the commerce.microsoft site since I couldn't get them to redeem on Xbox.com. The commerce site shows that I have a $100 balance however when I try to purchase something through my Xbox
    360 it will only charge my card or PayPal. Xbox.com also tells me I have a $0 balance.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Balance error?

    Hey, I had 4 $25 Xbox gift cards, (From Birthday/Christmas) and redeemed 2 of them on the Xbox itself, which worked fine. I redeemed the next 2 , (I did it via the Xbox website on the computer) and the wrong balance comes up when I try and buy a game, it
    comes up with $50 rather than $100. All of the codes were successful when I redeemed it, I don't really know what to do.

    As this would be out of the communities reach - considering it's a billing query - I would suggest contacting Walmart for some troubleshooting queries, or you could chat with Xbox support directly via phone or online chat.
