Redeemed 1 month of Gold but I did not receive it

I used my Microsoft reward points to redeem one month of Gold on 7th of May but I have still not received anything. It says I have no subscriptions active or pending in my account and I have not received an email confirming my purchase. I had 78,000 Reward points saved up and I'm down to 71,000 points so I very clearly paid.

Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It should eother list the code there or give the option to resend the code. If not, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the site.

My monthly subs have shown through commerce as I don't believe it's considered a trial, 1 month is the lowest amount of time you can have on an actual gold subscription as you can buy 1 or 3 months...

If you did redeem a month it should show through there, if nothing is showing there is the possibility you redeemed a trial as Ownage has said.
