Redeemable codes not working

    Redeemable codes not working


    I've gotten two messages from Xbox live saying that I've received redeemable codes but when I click to redeem it just takes me to the store and doesn't go through. One code was a $500,000 GTA bonus for pre-ordering Red Dead Redemption 2 and the other was
    a shirt for my avatar.

    Gears of war redeemable codes not working

    I got my gears of war codes yesterday and tried redeeming them today. All of the codes worked except for gears 2 code which said it was redeemed already.

    What do I do?

    you code should be recognised here, if it is not (the wrong size/ doesnt fit), then this is not a MS redemption code.

    Apologies for the delayed reply! Are you able to redeem that code you received? We have been working with the appropriate teams to get this sorted out, and this issue should now be resolved.

    Hi. What are you trying to redeem? Some redeem codes are region locked meaning that they can only be redeemed in that specific country. So if you were given a redeem code for the US Xbox One, then the redeem code will not work for your version of Xbox
    One. Could that be the issue?

    you need to redeem both codes i redeemed one and got what u got GG so i redeemed the other code and it started downloading and it worked

    Hi, you can redeem your code on any device on Microsoft's redeem code website, but the content will only work on the Xbox One, as that is what the code is for.
