Redeemable Code was slightly scratched

I purchased the Assassins Creed bundle pack. Assassins Creed Black Flag and Unity came with my xbox one. Upon opening the redeeming card, one of the codes was scratched. The black flag code works just fine, but I have roughly 23/25 characters for the
Unity code. It is actually the last line of the code as well. I just need some way to get those characters to finish the code and redeem my game. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sunset Overdrive..Where is it?

My guess is he redeemed the bonus content code, as that does say that you now own the "day one edition", whereas the actual game code just says that you now own "sunset overdrive".
There be two codes under all that scratching.

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

After enough trial and error, I got the code. However, if there is still an answer to this I would love to hear it.

 

the exact same situation but my problem is i have 21/25 characters! the same code for the same bundle ! it's so sad

 

With an issue like that you'd have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. Otherwise, it's just a game of trying to guess what the missing characters are.
