Redeemable code error.

I recently just purchased a game (Rainbow Six: Siege - Gold Edition) and it came with a redeemable code which has the season pass, I didn't get was promised with the purchase. I never receive the Porter Skin and the full Safari Bundle which was available
to all Season Pass owners and is part of the Gold Edition of the game and on the box it states that there is a bonus Gold Weapons Skin Pack which I have yet to receive. What do I do now.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Hello!

Just to confirm, you were able to redeem the code and get the season pass correct? If correct you may need to install each add-on. I know this occurred to myself before as it doesn't usually automatically download everything available in the season pass.
You can navigate to each item in the store and you should be able to download each one. Or, if you manage game through My Games & Apps you should find everything under Ready to install. So that you can install all the skins.

If incorrect and getting an error when trying to redeem the season pass code I would suggest calling Xbox Support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

This error indicates that there was a problem with the configuration of the prepaid code. Try redeeming your code again in a few hours.

@Dena: Hey. Thanks for the reply. However, as I said the error comes at the time of trying to redeeming the code. The error being 'This code has already been redeemed'
