    I recently just bought a xbox card for microsoft. but as i try to redeem it this message shows up.





    An unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and Microsoft will work to fix the issue. Please try again later.

    What is the cause of this and how do i fix it.

    GOW and GOW3 gift code error "you can't acquire this item in your currently selected language

    i got this error message when trying to redeem the gift codes of GOW & GOW3 through console and android application "you can't acquire this item in your currently selected language. change your language region in settings, or go to Microsoft.com//redeem"

    when trying to redeem through Microsoft.com//redeem , i got error message " something went wrong

    Can't redeem 2000pt card

    Hey

    I bought a 2000pt card from Woolworths a few weeks ago, and I still can't redeem it.

    If I go through the xbox website, I just get a message saying "An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later."

    When I try to go through my xbox, it's able to tell me what the card redeems, but as soon as I go to redeem it, I get the same error message as above.

    This is seriously pissing me off because it's been weeks and I've sent off emails and have no gotten any response.

    What's going on? Why can't I redeem something I've paid for?

    What's going on when you try to redeem your Xbox Live subscription on your Xbox? Do you get an error message, and if so what is the error? If you haven't already tried, please attempt to redeem your code here on Xbox.com instead of through your console to see
    if there's any change.

    Hi what happens when you try to redeem through the Xbox.com website? Also make sure you're trying to redeem through the main account on the Xbox. What type of error message do you get when you try to enter it in?
