    Redeem ultimate gift on xbox


    When I click claim now, rather than bring up qr code I get a message: an error occurred. Please try again later.

    I have been getting this message for several days now. This comes up on discord and Spotify options.

    Anyone got any clue how to fix this issue?

    Actually it is possible. Only redeeming Xbox gift cards are directly deposited into your account. If you redeem Game Pass Ultimate, you will be emailed a code and you can give him the code.
