    Have you checked your junk mail folder? We have had reports of vault prizes being sent to the junk mail folder of the email address they entered for their vault prizes.

    Rewards credits are not emailed. They show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeem them.

    The credits should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. If you just redeemed them in the past couple of days, they will be deposited in mid-June.

    no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...
