    hello guys well let's get to the point I have a code and I want to redeem it but there is a kinda error that won't let me get my game, my game is Minecraft when I enter the code and I click on next it says with this code you will receive Minecraft and etc
    then it says if u want to have it click on continue so I do this and after that the error comes and says: ''We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.'' and then turns back if someone knows what my problem is please helps

    I know the problem now. My account just says it's free but actually I'm Gold but there are some features of Gold I can't use. I can still play multiplayer in games and watch Youtube or whatever but the 'Games with Gold' Feature is unavailable with Gold Trial.

    Sorry you're having trouble redeeming a code. Can you try redeeming it here on Xbox.com rather than through your Xbox One to see if there's any change?
