Redeem Prepaid code saying something went wrong on our end

When I got redeem my prepaid 12 month code either on xbox one or in browser I get an error saying "Try That Again.

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." I have had this message for two days now, don't know what to do.

EA Access issues !

I’ve recently purchased a prepaid 12 month EA Access code,but when ever I try to redeem it I get a message saying “Something went wrong on our end,waiting a bit might help” it’s frustrating the hell out of me,what do it do ????

Yea, so i recently purchased a new gold membership prepaid code and every-time i try to redeem it, it keeps saying "something went wrong, try again later" help?

Log into
account.microsoft.com and go to the service and subscriptions tab to see if you have an outstanding balance listed there in red. If you do have a balance you would need to pay that prior to adding the code. also be sure you do not have any expired payment
methods listed on your account.

If neither of those is the case you should try speaking with billing support at
support.xbox.com/contact-us
