Hi I just seen I have these , can I still claim them?

Pending Credits

Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.

Microsoft rewards not working

The rewards are not U.S only, you could try redeeming the reward on the
https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ instead

Redeemed rewards to my old e-mail!

Xbox One. My Microsoft account had my old e-mail that's no longer activated, I tried to redeem my rewards but sent it to the wrong e-mail!!! Please help??

Since you have over 1,000 credits pending, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site or you can wait until you have 5,000 credits pending and they automatically deposit.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Go to the Redeem section of the Rewards site to see what rewards are available. If they have Minecoins listed, redeem them.

We use your Microsoft Billing email for Rewards Emails. We see that your current email and this billing email are different, so your emails may be being sent to an unexpected email address. You may wish to adjust this information from your Microsoft Account
page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses?ref=amcyourinfo#/) to match your current email. Either way, the Credits are still linked to your Microsoft Account. The email
address is just used for correspondence from our program.
