Redeem Microsoft Rewards via my Microsoft Account

Hello My name is Christopher Dalton, my Reference Number is (1368945461). I am posting this forum because i was told to do so by a Microsoft Support REP. In a nutshell, i have no way of verifying my primary alias (EMAIL) to remove and create a new alias (EMAIL)
to be linked to my Microsoft Account. When i created Microsoft Account when i got my xbox my father had services with COX Cable. Unfortunately we no longer have those services with COX, and after speaking with COX via customer support i was informed that
when account services are suspended the emails link with the main COX account are permanently deleted. Meaning i have no possible way of ever accessing my (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) email ever again. The best number i can be reached at is (804)-572-7119 which is my personal
cell. If need be you can call me at the number linked to my Microsoft Account which is (757)-274-2337.

Bing reward points

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. However, Microsoft Rewards points are not deposited into your account. You use them to redeem the gift cards of your choice.

Trouble redeeming my 3 Months Xbox Live Gold Membership

From what I can tell, you redeemed Bing Rewards points for a 3-month subscription, and you still haven't got your prize yet? They should have sent you a code via email, from which you manually
redeem afterwards.

Check your email inbox for anything from "orders(at)microsoftrewards.com", or "Microsoft Rewards". Especially check your junk/spam folder!

but if i cant add my phone number on microsoft account so would i redeem my microsoft rewards? microsoft rewards is available in Bangladesh.

You could also redeem the points via the Microsoft Rewards webpage.

Hello,

Microsoft/Xbox Gift cards and subscriptions redeemed through Microsoft Rewards are actually applied directly to your account. You aren't sent a code. So once you select redeem and confirm to spend your points, your account would be automatically updated accordingly.

For other gift cards (third party ones such as Amazon), you're sent a code via email to redeem and the message includes all the steps. This is typically within 24 hours, but it's often much sooner.
