Redeem Issue

Hi, I purchased a DLC Shark Card for GTA Online and I redeemed it. When I went to check if the money have arrived in the game, it didn’t. When I tried to use the code again, it said this code has already been redeemed. I don’t know if this a rockstar or Microsoft issue but I basically just got ripped off. Can someone help me please?
