    I tried to redeem my 1M and 3M gold membersgip .I used it on xbox first then it says the code is not valid anymore.I go to my PC and use it there thinking that there was some code print mistake but then when i redeem there after the first stage it
    says 1M prepaid gold membership I confirm of course because xbox360 says it is not valid(which is not true, looking from the pc point of view).I confirm and it says sorry,something went wrong try again later.Of course I got XBOS1005 only on the PC and code
    not valid on xbox360

    Redeem Gammertag issue

    yes when you recovered the game it doesnt send the downloaded game to the recovered tag. You would have to re download it unless your playing on the xbox where the gamertag was made on or had the hard drive.

    redeem code issue

    That means the code is no longer usable. If you ordered a game used online, it may have come with the code, but it was probably redemed already.

    Did you purchase the code from a third party seller on the internet ? If that's the case then the code might be from a different region than the one you're in and will not work with your profile. It might be best to contact Xbox Live phone support about
    it so they can check the code for you.

    Hello SneakyFurball,

    Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to a section called "Ready to Install". Wait a few minutes to let this section populate with content. You should now see Minecraft. Select it and press A to begin downloading.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Follow the steps below that may help you resolve this issue:

    1. You have to keep in mind that sometimes they may take a while to appear. I advise you to restart the game and then the console.
