Redeem Gold trial on console. Nothing happened.

This is the second time this happens. Before, I I redeemed a Gold trial on the Xbox website and it never appeared on my account. To avoid this, I redeemed a second trial on my console and lo and behold nothing happened. Any ideas on why this might have happened?

1 month xbox live Gold trial

We bought the XBOX 360 KINECT Disney family bundle, which says their is a live gold trial to redeem inside, but I find nothing inside that speaks to signing up for the trial. When I sign up in the console it gives me a silver membership automatically and
says nothing of the hulu plus and epix portions of the trial membership. any help?

Xbox Live Code - Trial

I have a 14 Day Trial up for grabs if anyone wants it, same rules as DR K as above.
1 Thing I should mention though is I tried to redeem it when my Live had ran out and would not redeem due to me already having a Gold previously so I believe the 14 day trials that come with the x1 are for Gamertags that have never had Gold.

Try playing a game to see if it'll let you play. Remember, gold trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer.

The following limitations and restrictions apply to Xbox Live trials from games or console bundles:

If you have an existing paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can’t redeem an Xbox Live Gold trial from games or console bundles to extend your subscription period. However, you can redeem the prepaid code once your current paid subscription expires.
Redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and console bundles.
You can’t stack redeemable codes for Xbox Live Gold trials from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription and start
that subscription at any time during the trial period.

As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).
