Hello, I tried to redeem the code on xbox that I bought - Gears of War 4 within 4 games included. At first time I thought the error happened because my region was not correct. After I changed my region, but the problem still there. I can not redeem the code
from xbox one neither internet. It just keep says : 'We have a little problem here, please try it later' Well~ I have been wait for it and try after 1-3week but wont help. please give me some suggestions. Thanks T.T

Usually you would redeem codes like that either in-game or at the game's website.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

There should be a code included inside the box that had the console. Then you simply redeem the code from the console and the download of the game should start.

Redeeming a game code is the same as redeeming a code for a subscription or gift card. - Same method, same place in the Microsoft store.

Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

Had to boot the game on the xbox one access the “Redeem Code” option within the game. Which opened the classic 360 redeem code screen within the emulated screen. Entered the code and it worked! I think the guide needs the redeem code screen added!

Where did you try to redeem the code?

I think you have to redeem the code in game. There should be an option on the main menu that says additional content and it lets you redeem the code there.
