    Redeem fails


    Hi there !

    I tried to redeem a gift code that came with the XBox when i purchased it.

    The redeem process failed and when I retry it says that the code has already been used.

    The packs (its a redeem code for Minecraft packs) do not appear on the game so the redeem has really failed and I can't get it anymore.

    Does anyone know how I can solve that ?

    When i bought the code from [MOD REMOVED] i recieve the key and i instantly put on xbox but the key has been already redeemed

    If you live in the US, the phone number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Otherwise, you can

    try this link     to have them call you or set up a chat window.

    Just explain to them about the issues with your Minecraft code, and follow their suggestions.

    If you are trying to redeem the codes from the console, try it again from the
    redeem page on pc, make sure to use a different browser in case that fails.

    I believe there is an expiration date but I've had 2 year old codes still work. It's best to give Xbox Live Support a call about it.
