    Hi Support,
    I've to redeem EA access for many times on both XBOX ONE S and from browser(PC), nothing work.

    Every time it pick up the code but end up with "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Please try again later" and on the bottom it'll show "XBOS1005" and random code with date & timestamp.

    cant redeem gears of war collection codes

    No updates yet... Xbox support didn't fix it.

    I guess it's still a region error (XBOX1005) since Gears 1 was banned in Germany until July and Microsoft didn't fix it on their end.

    Yes they send a code for Gears 1, so they know it's OK. But they didn't fix their backend.
