    Hi, I bought the xbox one s 2tb gears of war 4 limited edition on pre-order. I was not able to install the game from the redeem code for a long time as it had an error, I believe the server was not working. I contacted xbox support who only managed to resolve
    the issue around 2 weeks ago, unfortunately the gears of war xbox 360 collection deal has expired so I contacted xbox support again. They said that they would give me codes if they could to get the games as it is not my fault, but they did not have the ability
    to generate the codes and to contact you guys on the forum. Please can you help.

    Free Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 code with purchase of Gears of War 4

    I Purchased Gears of War 4 on the 12/10/2016 and it came with the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection.

    However, the codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 3 won't redeem as I get a message saying:

    "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.
