Hi,

Sorry for bad English ;p

I have two problems. Can you help me MS Support ?

First one :

I traded VIP my gems for a 5-euro gift card.

I did not receive the code.

Second problem :

I traded my VIP points for a neverwinter booster.

I received the code, I recorded it on Xbox Code but in the game I never got the bonus.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

successful on that site, and you did not receive anything in-game?

If I understand correctly, you are trying to redeem a code that has already been redeemed? We're unable to replace Xbox Live codes over the forums. If you received the code from Xbox Live rewards,
please post this up over in the Xbox Live Rewards Questions

Join the Microsoft Rewards Program and you can use your rewards for Xbox Live and Game Pass subscriptions. I haven't paid for Xbox Live in years. I just keep getting my rewards and redeeming Game Pass Ultimate 3 month codes.

Just to confirm the steps you followed:

1. You redeemed your rewards points from MS Rewards for $20 Xbox Live credit

2. And then you got an email with the code for the Xbox live credit.

3. Then you redeem that code on your Xbox

Above steps would have added the credit to your account.

Check your order history by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with the same account you used to redeem.

If you used your microsoft rewards pounts to redeem for xbox live you should check your email for a code. I redeemed for gamepass and they did the same thing. If you redeem for gift cards they are automatically put into your account but subscriptions
still have the codes emailed to you.

urm so if thats the case, i should get a a new redeem code then but haven't. i got 1 month of Xbox live for my first reward.
