    Redeem code WONT work


    My son received a gift card for his birthday 2 days ago. Its a receipt from a gas station. It will NOT redeem! We have tried 20 times. I cant contact anyone, I cant chat with anyone!!! This is ridiculous. We we to the purchased gas station, they cant help,
    said we have to contact xbox. Which i cant. No clue what to do, and I have an upset kid!!!!

    if it is an out of region code and you bought it from the internet it wont work

    Did you try to redeem the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller and scroll to the left then choose Redeem Code and enter the number.

    Let me know if that works.
