    it hasnt appeared on my xbox one. What gives?

    Looking For A Deal.

    It's digital but the code is on a piece of card board the size of a game case with the cover art. The code is hidden on the back that can be redeemed in the Xbox store. So I was able to sell it and send the buyer the code via Post Office.

    its not the beta from pre-order its closed alpha , they might send more codes for burst test on 5th

    What was the code for? If it was for a game or app then go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to see the option for Ready to Download. Select the item you want and start it installing.

    It will be there in your 'Ready to Install' list as onyx suggested I suspect.

    Go to the far right of your apps section and wait till the list appears.

    The 'Ready to install' list is cloud based and it can take a good 5-8 seconds to appear at times.
