    I'm trying to redeem a 1 month code that came with my XBOX ONE, 1TB Battlefield One edition. This has been going on for days now. I have contacted customer service multiple times and no resolution. Code is good and they also say that the system is up and
    working. Their answer was basically, "too bad, you'll have to wait and keep trying". This SUCKS because now I really can't use my system for what I bought it for!

    I feel that microsoft should be giving refunds or something because this is both frustrating and unacceptable because I'm paying for services that I can't utilize.

    So I tried to redeem Xbox live Prepaid 3 Month Gold Membership Card, and i got a message saying that something went wrong, and if I tried to redeem it on Xbox, it said that the code is not valid, or something like that.

    Hi, just bought xbox live 12 tried month membership, when i type in code it says "something went wrong" gives me a code for xbox help which also gets me no where. Talked to support and they said they were unsure of the problem and that they could not even
    find my gamer tag on their end. Very frustrating.

    Solution is to change your location to UK or USA depending on where you live. You should try both, worked for me. :)
