    Redeem Code Screen Not Working


    My redeem code page won't launch! I just hooked up my xbox one battlefield 1 edition and when I go to the screen to enter the game code I don't get the option of entering it! The screen just sort of fizzles out.

    Any ideas?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If that didn't help please try redeeming the code via xbox.com/redeemcode but be sure to login with the same account as you are using on the Console

    Do 360 DLC codes nolonger work?

    Had to boot the game on the xbox one access the “Redeem Code” option within the game. Which opened the classic 360 redeem code screen within the emulated screen. Entered the code and it worked! I think the guide needs the redeem code screen added!

    That's pretty crazy. I redeemed mine on my Xbox and it worked fine. I just clicked the code and it took me to redeem a code screen with the entered code.

    Prepaid 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Card Won't Work

    Try redeeming the code on xbox.com. Hover your mouse cursor over your account on the top right of the screen, click redeem code, type in the code and click confirm. Hope it works for you

    I never got the $15 Xbox gift card code it promised me when I signed up for gold

    If redeeming a prepaid card doesn't count then there shouldn't be a redeem code option on the promo screen...
