Redeem code problems when i try to confirm

Tried, still geting that issue, gonna bring it with me the next time I go to costco to have them make sure it`s activated (whice is apparently a seprate error?) and if not I`ll just have to get it excanged.

 

Also, according to my account my gold sub (should of) ended on the 4th of this month but I`m still gold for some reson.

Have you tried redeeming your code from your console? If you have, what error code are you seeing?

 

On the console I`m getting a code not valid error. (and I`ve multi checked to make sure I`m entering it correctly)

Also for my previous 2nd post I stand corrected it says next month, not this month

Got the card exchanged, Costco (where I bought the card) has been told that sometimes durring printing the same code will be used on 2 cards by mistake meaning only the first card that has that code will work and later copys of the codes will provide an
error.

i tried it many times for a 7 days (from the console and the website)

when i try to goto support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup link it gives me page is not found

fares, get that card excanged, its a repet code (a code thats already been used on an other card)

well that is one reason why it did not work they are region locked cards from one region will not work on a different region. where did you get the card from you would have to take it up with the seller/vendor of the card.

you should start a new thread instead of bumping one from almost a year ago bumping threads only gets them locked and told before the lock to start a new one.
