    Redeem code problems when i try to confirm


    Hello i got 2 redeem codes, for 1 month each, when i enter them, i get:
    Xbox Live Prepaid Promo Rev Generating 1 Month Gold,
    but when i confirm i get: Something went wrong

    Are you trying to redeem it when you have an active membership? Or, when the service is down like RitzyBiscuit7 said?

    i saw that message now, i was trying it for 3 days, got it on monday, i dont know or service was down since that time, i saw about download content, was not sure or it includes redeem codes aswell.

    seems like to me that you're doing this through the website. have you tried redeeming the code on the console yet? Try doing that if you have not. Keep us updated.

    It's also happening to me, i have a 160 MP redeem code, but when i click on Confirm, the same error screen appears and when i tried in my console it doesn't work either, and the error code doesn't work. Please help!
