    Redeem Code Problem


    I started to use a free account Xbox Live by a month.

    After the one month, I bought a card to continue my subscription for 3 month , at the very beginning my redeem code was garanted.

    In the middle of this situation, my Xbox Live, free for one month is expired and I forgot to cancel my automatical renew.

    My problem now is : I reedem a code that is canceled by Microsoft and Microsoft is asking for my subscription..

    So How I can continue ?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

    I had the same problem as you, the solution is using the microsoft website and redeem your code there, looks like the problem comes from the xbox one in the "redeem code " option
