redeem code problem

Discus and support redeem code problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i can`t redeem my code every time i try it gives me this. something went wrong and this is the error code.     i can`t redeem my code every time i try it gives me this. something went wrong and this is the error code.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
