Discus and support Redeem code problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a list of 1 years worth of week trial codes & used about 13 of them now none of them work. Btw.     Redeem code problem


    I bought a list of 1 years worth of week trial codes & used about 13 of them now none of them work. Btw. I bought them off ebay & am now thinking they are all expired? Ill type 1 in on this xbox website & it will come up as 1 week Wrigley Promotion but after
    hitting the redeem now option it just comes up to an error page saying XBOS-3010

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    You cannot stack trial codes for Xbox Live. You can refer to our
    Xbox Live Trial page for more detailed information regarding trial codes specifically at the bottom of the page. In the future, I would definitely suggest purchasing an Xbox Live Gold membership.

    I am not trying to stack them. As soon as 1 week code expires, I try to use another one. It doesn't work & now all my codes seem to be useless.

    Oh ok I did not know that. I must've got gyped by the ebay seller. I wonder if he knew this or thought they would last for a year. I know he had sold these to a lot of different buyers. What is the purpose of these "Wrigley codes"?

    They were from a promotion from Skittles. I think all you had to do was buy some Skittles and enter a code from the package in a website and you'd get a code. There were a lot of people who got them and then sold them on ebay. More than likely they either
    didn't pay attention to the fact that they could only be used by a certain date or they didn't care.

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

    I had the same problem as you, try using the microsoft website and redeem your code there, looks like the problem comes from the xbox one, on the "redeem code 2" clickable part.
