    I've purchased XBOX 360 from saudi arabia and back to my home on Egypt, then I tried to enter the "xbox live gold membership" 3months and I got the below error:

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Did you redeem the code on the Xbox 360 console? If you did, I would suggest redeeming the code on your computer.

    You can redeem all types of prepaid codes, including Xbox gift cards, Xbox Live gold cards, and Xbox Music Pass cards, on a computer and have them applied to your account immediately. Here’s how:

    1. Go to www.xbox.com

    2. Sign in

    3. Go to the "Xbox Live Gold" tab and click "Redeem Code"

    That's it! Your Gold membership will be applied instantly.

    If you already tried redeeming the code on your computer, but haven't tried redeeming it on the 360 console, try that.

    Here's how you can redeem a code on your 360 console:

    1. Press the Guide button on the controller.

    2. Go to Games & Apps by scrolling left

    3. Select Redeem Code.

    4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the redemption.

    I've contacted the Tech. Support after failed to redeem the code on both computer & console.

    the problem was becuse of the region, I've migrated to another region and my code have been successfully redeemed.

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
