    Redeem Code Page Opens and closes instantly


    Hi,

    I have few days back bought XBOX One in India. Its a holiday bundle with 1TB containing Gears of War Ultimate Edition and Rare Replay in disks and Ori and the blind forest as downloadable code.

    When I try to open the redeem code page it opens and instantly comes out of the it. I tried a number of times but same thing happens all the time.

    Request you to kindly let me know how to correct this issue although I redeemed the code via xbox andriod app.

    Xbox rewards halo armor email

    I recieved the email to redeem my halo 4 avatar armor the other day for watching 3 out of 4 presedential debates and as soon as i opened the email for the code it was instantly deleted and when i went to open the email in the trash can it also was instantly
    deleted is there anyway to get a new code??

    Sorry to hear about the issue. First, is your Xbox One console
    updated     to the latest version? If it is and you are still experiencing the issue, let's try a couple things:

    • Power Cycle your console
    • If that didn't help, the next option would be to
      Factory Restore       your console choosing the 'keep my games and apps' option
    Give those a shot and let us know if you continue to experience the issue. Redeem Code Page Opens and closes instantly :)

    Hi, thank you for the reply. Yes i did, i instantly tried to redeem the key but it was already used. How do i contact a representative tho? I keep getting to this page, and the Xbox Chat is closed everytime i check.

    You could try redeeming the code on Xbox.com if you haven't tried that already. Failing that you can ring Xbox Customer Support and they can check the code quickly and see if there is a problem with the redeeming process or see what happened to the code.
    You can also connect to support through this website if you use the support tab at the tab bar at the top of the page.
