    Although I have purchased Xbox Live gold 12 months subscription and activated it, I keep receiving a message to redeem my code or gift card every time I start any game. If any one has the same problem please tell me how to resolve it.

    Redeem Code error "This code isn't active yet".

    I received an xbox gift card for Christmas. When I enter the redeem code I receive "This code isn't active yet". How does that happen and how do I redeem my gift card?
