    Hy,

    i have a code for Tomb Raider, but i have a problem :

    i redeem it from Xbox360 console, i downloaded the game and saved on usb stick, but do not work !

    So i try to redeem it from website, but i get this error :

    Your code doesn't work, right? Try to redeem It in your Xbox, If It doesn't work try to redeem It on website or change the region of your Xbox and try to do It

    download the early access so you can play.

    I was having the same exact issue. There was a temporary service issue with redeeming codes but it worked for me yesterday. I would try it again. If it doesn't work, attempt it on the Xbox website by clicking/pressing on your account picture in the top right
    corner and then Redeem Code. Good luck!

    If you haven't played the beta yet and find that you can't do so when you try then head to your message and click Redeem Code 2 Now on the console. It seems that redeeming the 2nd code on the website doesn't work properly.

    My point is I went to redeem the code on the xbox and it told me to redeem it on the website. So I went to redeem it on the website and it told me to redeem it on the Xbox. When my friend gave me his spare code his worked immediately.
