    Redeem Code of Fallout 3 is not useful


    I bought Fallout 4 several days ago, and there is a redeem code of fallout 3 in box. I tried to redeem it at XBOX ONE, Win 10 and on the website, always went wrong. Why I cannot redeem this game?

    Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

    Hi guys, according to official instruction, here is my problem with Fallout 3 promo code:

    • Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
    • Date of purchase: “22 November 2015”
    • Issue:
      • “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
      I bought Fallout 4 through Xbox One store, if it would be useful. Thank you in advance for Help!

    Hi there!

    What error message do you see when you try to redeem the code? Is there an error code displayed as well?

    The issue could be related to varying regions on your account (i.e. your account could be set to a different region than the game you purchased).

    It could also be as simple as mis-typing the code when redeeming it. Check that 0's and O's aren't getting confused, as well as 8's and B's (they're the main ones that people get mixed up).

    Hey everyone!

    If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!
