Redeem code not working

I got a code yesterday I tried it on the xbox it said my account was limited but when I called support they said my account wasn't and to wait an hour it's been 5 I tried the code again online and get the code Xbos-0x80169D3A 3ddd5cb8-0dfb-48cf-98df-8bf0949b4185

FREE Disturbed songs....3rd of june only maybe?

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

What is the code for and where did you get it? (don't post the code).

It's possible that it wasn't activated at the source.

I contacted support again on the 9th they said it here was nothing wrong with my account even though on my end it says it's locked so they had to go to someone higher and it would take 3-5 days haven't heard anything since then so I tried the code again
today and it's still locked lol oh well

Try sending a message to @xboxsupport on Twitter to see if they might be able to look into it for you.

Oh man this is funny I contacted the twitter they asked for the error code and said to contact their chat support or phone support which I have done both already I guess I'll just wait another week before contacting them again maybe they got behind on the
list of people they send to the upper station even though it was 3-5 days I'll wait longer before recontacting them or maybe I'll just end up having to make a new account and I've only had my account for like 2 months lol

Hi. What are you trying to redeem? Some redeem codes are region locked meaning that they can only be redeemed in that specific country. So if you were given a redeem code for the US Xbox One, then the redeem code will not work for your version of Xbox
One. Could that be the issue?

you need to redeem both codes i redeemed one and got what u got GG so i redeemed the other code and it started downloading and it worked

Hi, you can redeem your code on any device on Microsoft's redeem code website, but the content will only work on the Xbox One, as that is what the code is for.
