    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information so you will need to post the issues you are having in order to receive proper assistance. What is the code for? What error message/code do you
    receive when you try redeeming the code?

    How comes that the chat girl told me to post this here and told me you would help me ? This cannot be, i will explain myself one last time.

    I recieved Forza Horizon 3 as a present and never used it untill last week, when trying to redeem the code that came with the game (ultimate edition) it said it was already used.

    Your colleague told me on the chat that it was already used, i told her it was impossible as game was still sealed.

    I sent her an email with the proof of purchase from the person who bought this game for me and with a scan of the code card.

    Unfortunately phone and chat support are known for giving incorrect information regarding the forums. Since that code was not purchased from Xbox, you would need to contact the retailer it was purchased from for an exchange.
