    I am trying to use a redeem code for fifa 15 but it wont load on the console or on the website to allow me to enter the code?

    anyone else having issues?

    I got an email with a code which I cant redeem on website as it wont even load and does not work on any platform such as XB or UPlay?!?

    I'm trying to redeem a code however the redeem code form is not loading.

    I have tried on my xbox one console, the xbox app for windows 10 and the xbox website, none seem to work

    Same here ive sat for 5hrs trying to put the fecking codes in and the screen wont load wtf ia the problem microsoft sort it out please?

    Can I just quickly ask, What will happen to all the people who tried to pre order Forza Horizon 2 and whos losing out on the exclusive content that comes with it for pre ordering? Will we get any of it if and when we happen to ger the game

    I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!

    All I have also experienced the same issue with the digital download copy of Forza 5. Just purchased Xbox yesterday and trying to redeem the product I get the following error code:
