    Redeem code missing


    I bought the XB1s GoW4 bundle in Nov 2016 but just noticed the message with redeem code of previous GoW games 2 days ago. However, after I have redeemed the code of GoW3, the message disappeared and could not redeem the other 3 titles. Is it just a "1 out
    of 4" choice? If it is not, please help to retrieve the code.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    cant redeem points code!!!

    i bought a points code yesterday but when i try to redeem it the xbox says it isnt valid and the website says the redeem code page is missing!!!!!!!!

    My Microsoft Live support person told me to put my issue here so...

    Support in this forum is more to help with missing codes from promotions or issues with redeeming codes. Phone/chat support would be the only ones who could handle issues with codes that have already been redeemed.

    Use a code is missing from the NXOE. Can't find it anywhere, or it's really buried. Who has a kinect anyway? Redeeming a code should be way easier.
