    I bought Minecraft, on a trusted Swedish website because either wasn’t working on Minecraft’s own webpage, so I bought it off this Swedish website. Then, when I got my redeem code, I followed the instructions and put it into the Microsoft redeem box so k would be able to download Minecraft. When I pressed on ”redeem” it was just loading for a lo time and afterwards I got the error message ”sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later.”

    Thank you for responding to my question. But when he tried to redeem the code again it said it was redeemed already, He access to Minecraft Bedrock edition but it still says he needs to buy Java Edition. He's using the same account he redeemed the code on the Minecraft Launcher.

    That's because you used the account in Minecraft but not the account that redeemed the code, the code was redeemed in a different account and that's why it's not showing on your order history and you are unable to use it
