    Redeem Code Message disappeared


    I received a reedem code yesterday on console but ir is not there today.

    I have just checked console, xbox app and sms list from my cell and msg is not there.

    How to recover that message?

    I have never had a code disappear. I have had some expire. Just to make sure you are looking on the right message thread. The "Messages from Xbox Live" section of messages right? I can still go way back and see codes I have redeemed.

    I have the same problem. After the 30mb update the specializations disappeared. The code was redeemed on my account. The code worked fine. The only thing that happened was the 30mb update then they disappeared.
