redeem code keeps telling me to change langauge region but when i change it it still says...

Without knowing what the code is for, it sounds like what you're trying to redeem is region locked. If that is the case, your account region and your physical location have to match and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

To speak to support, you would need to go to Http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Say no thanks to the virtual assistant and you should be given more options for help. You'll
want to look for the options to chat with support or request a call back. If those so not appear, change your topic.

What region is the code/game for, is it your local region?

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
  
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips, select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  
• 
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. You may need to attempt different combinations of topics/categories to get the option to request a call back if you don't see it immediately.
