    Redeem code issue


    I was gifted a code but when i went to redeem it there was an error ‘something went wrong try again. Read the instructions for your code again’ so i waited a few hours and it still wouldn’t work so i checked the xbox service status and there were no issues

    Try redeeming the code on the console, or try using Internet Explorer to redeem the code on Xbox.com. I've also had issues redeeming codes on the website when I don't use IE.
