    Hello dear sir

    This is from iran.

    About 5 month ago i bought msfs20 package dvd from media market wien(mariahilfer street) . After installation i couldnt insert serial no in microsoft store account because below error was displayed on my computer.

    We can't find this product. This code no longer works. Contact the retailer or person you got it from.

    Hello again, is just the opposite, the game code if it was not redeemed must be valid, however if it has any validity will be written on the code paper.

    If I were you, I'd contact Microsoft. They'd be able to help you, maybe they'll give you a new code. If not, look on Google for the makers of the game, search for a support line from them.
