Redeem code is glitched

my redeem code is glitched and is invalid or something and won't let me play the code that I redeemed and won't let me redeem a different code either saying I already own it but it won't let me play it, please. Support sent me here and case number is

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

What is the code for that you are trying to redeem? What is the error message/code you receive when you try redeeming the code?

You didn't by any chance gain them by the exploiting the 160 MS points / 48-hour code glitch (the glitch allowed 160 point codes to be generated)? The reason I ask, is that 6880 divided by 160 is 43 (potentially 43, 160 point codes used to redeem 6880 points).
If you did exploit the glitch, Microsoft is redeeming the points received from exploiting the glitch. I was reading an article the other day and it quoted Microsoft saying that anyone who gained from the glitch, will have the points taken off of them eventually.

This I most likely not a scam I got one of these a couple months ago and redeemed the code, the problem maybe caused by a glitch.

Thanks guys the account has updated to 6 months now redeeming 2 codes at the same time must have glitched the system.
