I HAVE BEEN THROUGH ALL THE STEPS, WAITED 2 HOURS FOR SUPPORT CHAT WHICH THEN HUNG

CONSOLE IS XBOX ONE S BATTLEFIELD EDITION

REGION WAS SINGAPORE, I AM IN BANGKOK THAILAND

CODE WAS BOUGHT FROM PLAY ASIA . COM

the store will not accept my credit card as the post code is incorrect, even though i changed the locale to Thailand on the site, but you cannot do that on the machine as there is no option for thailand.

please advise as this is very boring

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Hi there, so was the code for MS currency or was it an Xbox Live Gold subscription? Please note that you cannot use currency added to your account to buy gold subscriptions.

I believe you can also try at the following link, scroll to the bottom and select 'redeem gift card'
