redeem code gears of wars 1 et 3

i received 4 code from gears of wars 4 for gears collection ( 1,2,3 and jugement )

My problem is the code for gears of wars 1 and 3. the error message is

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

CODES WONT REDEEM For Gears Collection

Good Evening to Everyone,

Recently i Purchased the Gears of war 4 game, I have gotten the codes for the rest of Gears Collection. On the first message, it said i have the Codes for Gears of Wars & Gears of war 2.. But the codes are identical, On the Second message were the Codes
for Gears of War 3 & Gears of War Judgement.

Gears or War 1 & 3 whenever i try to redeem it. It say an error has occur try again later.

Gears of War 2 (codes is the exact same code for Gears of war)

I only was able to redeem Gears of War Judgement So far.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

What region is your account set for and what region are you physically located in?

Those games are region locked and that error code is usually the sign of a region issue.
