    Hello Community,

    I have a problem that i just can't fix no matter what i try. I have received a Xbox Redeem Code from a friend in the US but i life in germany. I have tried to redeem the code on my normal german account and ofcourse it didn't work, so now i have read on
    the support that you can migrate your Account. I have done all of that but my account is still set to Germany. I can't try to migrate it agn because of the error: "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the
    Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later.". I have tried it several times now but still won't work. And because of the reason that it's still set in
    germany, i can't redeem the code. I really need help.

    PS.:

    Changing the xbox region also didn't work.

    Cannot redeem Xbox Live Gold because not live region. Any way to bypass that?

    Hello. I bought a Xbox Live Gold Membership for 3 Months. The Problem is that i cannot redeem the Code. Redeemed other codes including a 14 Day Trial. The fact that I'm from Romania a country that is not Xbox Live region wasn't a problem. Now it seems it
    is.

    Every time i try to redeem the code i get the Message "Something went wrong Sorry about that. Please try again later."

    I contacted Microsoft Support and they told me players from other non xbox live regions made it possibile to redeem codes altought they where not in a Xbox Live region.

    Is there indeed a way to bypass the Region Problem? I wouldn't want to return the code as i want to continue to play online.

    Please Help

    What happens when you try to redeem the code?

    Is there an 8 digit error code when you try to redeem?

    Which country do you live in?

    Which country is your gamertag set to?

    Where did you purchase the membership from?

    Depending on the game it may not work typically you should only use codes from your actual region to avoid region lock issues

    Usk is one of the strictest governing bodies as far as game content goes

    Does your friend live in the same country? It's not possible to redeem codes from other countries.

    If so request a refund and send your friend the money for example with PayPal.

    I've migrated my live Brazilian to American once ... and q says there is possible to migrate again in a period of 3 months between migration and other, the problem is already passarm more than five months with more en migrate to any other parents .... I
    would love to migrate back to my home country .... the Brazil
